📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Standard Delivery (within India): 5–7 business days.
• Express Delivery (selected locations): 2–4 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

🔎 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
• You can track your order using the tracking number on our logistics partner’s website.

⚠️ Delays

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events. We will keep you informed in such cases.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items are non-returnable:
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, accessories, or items marked Final Sale.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size or defective product issues.
• Exchange requests depend on stock availability.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality checks at our warehouse.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective/wrong product, we will arrange free pickup.
• If the return is due to personal preference (size, style, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
